Our concept is to favour products from the Basilicata Region, fresh and at 0 km (such as Senise “crusco” peppers, Stigliano pistachio, Candonga strawberry from Metapontino, Moliterno pecorino cheese and a whole range of Lucanian cold cuts, cheeses, jams, pasta and bread) from small local producers, because the authenticity of our region is also a celebration of good food.
