Fabulous! Fabulous boutique hotel in a tranquil setting with stunning rural views. Most of the rooms are off the central courtyard, but it still has the feeling of relaxing and private. Every member of the staffing team was excellent. Service was to a high standard but with a personal touch. The food was delicious and the menu changed daily. The room was very comfortable and we had an amazing time.

Delights of Torre Fiore Quiet, peaceful and relaxing are only a few words to describe Hotel Torre Fiore ..there are many more. We had the pleasure of spending six nights, October 2023, at Hotel Torre Fiore. From the front desk and their eagerness to make your stay a memorable one to the gracious and professionalism displayed by the restaurant wait staff, you will feel it is like you very own Italian, home away from home. Our room, which was once a chapel, was a restful guest-room especially after a day of exploration; crisp white linen, modern bathroom facility, storage and decor. With the morning sunshine permeating through the windows, the buffet breakfast was a large presentation of fresh fruit, cheese, pastries and Italian meats. On day one, my order of Americano coffee was consistently offered each morning without any question. Dinner did not disappoint with a varied selection on the menu. If you're an individual who is an early riser and likes to enjoy early morning walks, there are kilometers of quiet country roads to explore while walking beside farmers fields or the vineyard just down the road. To accompany you, the sound of roosters welcoming the day. There is so much history, beautiful country side and yes, the beach all within a 30 minute drive of the hotel. For the exploring tourist, Hotel Torre Fiore is the perfect base to call home during your Italian adventure.

Remote gem Even though we had previously visited nearby Matera and Bernalda, this location impressed as strikingly isolated. But it’s a tranquil spot with attractive vistas. The Masseria is in great shape, the hospitality was unusually welcoming (and excellent throughout our stay) and our room was spacious and nicely designed. We found plenty of interesting places to visit nearby and the staff was helpful with advice and reservations. The restaurant was very good, with simple food prepared extremely well. We were most impressed that their menu changed completely between night one and night two, which they explained they did so hotel guests would always see something new. Quite a place at reasonable rates.

A little piece of paradise, I did not want to leave. Staff are very professional, helpful and kind. Food is great. Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Staff are helpful, kind and a delight to deal with. Food was delicious, even the food we prepared in our cooking class with chef. Room was spacious, and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed patio and pool, I did not want to leave.

Intimate Relaxing Gem! Fantastico! This boutique gem is nestled in the countryside near Pisticci. A beautiful and thoughtful/respectful renovation of old farming community buildings into a gorgeous intimate hotel. Very private and very relaxing. Pool and dining were amazing and so are all the staff. A great base from which to explore Matera, Alberobello, Monopoli and the entire Puglia & Basilicata Regions.

Heaven on earth - prepare to be pampered We spent a week at Torre Fiore and were sad to leave. Our junior suite was so comfortable and spacious with bathrobes and slippers supplied. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was marvelous. The menu changed every day in the restaurant, so we did not get bored with the offerings. We ate most meals at the hotel and all were spectacular. The site and the pool were so relaxing - a great way to relieve stress. However, the best part of Torre Fiore was the staff. From the moment we arrived the reception staff were attentive to our every need. We just needed to ask a question, and whatever we wanted appeared! They arranged chairs and umbrellas at the beach and checked to see that the restaurant was open for us. They also arranged a tour to Matera which they suggested we change once they met us and saw our fitness levels. In the end, they arranged a golf cart tour and reservations at a wonderful restaurant in Matera. The chef gave us a cooking class which we ate on the patio in candlelight. Magical setting with great food. A very enjoyable class - thank you Torre Fiore. The restaurant staff were knowledgeable about the food and preparation methods and happy to suggest choices for us. Everyone seemed happy at their jobs and were very friendly. Note that although you can get to the hotel by transfers with public transit, the site is quite isolated and transfers are expensive. We ended up renting a car just for the week we were here. The trains/bus combination needed to get here from Pompeii or Naples were tight and we would have missed our connection. I highly recommend spending time at this glorious restful hotel and pamper yourself.

Say cheese please in Basilicata! A little bit of heaven in Southern Italy! Beautiful setting overlooking the lovely countryside, orchards and a view of the Mediterranean. Rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious and artfully decorated. Wonderful breakfast buffet with the BEST croissants I've ever had! Try them with the mini ricotta cheese and jam - delicious! The staff are outstanding, so friendly and accommodating to every need. Stuff to see and do locally (Matera & Pisticci are must sees), or just lounge by the beautiful pool! Top spot! Pi

Service, room and food all amazing. The service was amazing, the grounds were amazing the rooms were big, clean and amazing, the views around the property was breathtaking and the food from the restaurant was traditional and Michelin star which was so tasty and amazing, this place is just truly amazing and I have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world.

Tranquility and relaxation The hotel property was calm and serene, we truly enjoyed this experience throughout. Staff were helpful, pleasant and always responsive. The room was clean, spacious, and bed comfortable. AC worked well. The pool had lots of options for shade or sun. The complimentary breakfast had fresh fruit, cheese, tarts, pastries, cured meat, yogurt, coffees and freshly squeezed juices. The wine selection was wonderful - although we mostly stuck to white and rose due to the heat. We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant and the recommended nearby activities, sights, and restaurants.

Gem in Basilicata Amazing place, a former farm restored to the littliest detail. Beautiful spacious rooms with all amenities. Spectacular views from the pool and restaurant area. Extremely friendly staff and to top of all of: a great restaurant with a superb winelist and the best negroni!!

A beautiful and tranquil hotel in Basilicata A lovely hotel in a beautiful, very tranquil setting. Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant were freshly prepared and excellent quality. The hotel staff are wonderful and very attentive. Nearby - a visit to Matera is a must! Also Pisticci.

We hope to make it back one day!!!! 7 great friends sharing a great adventure in this gem! Service was fantastic, Rooms were great but most importantly the people that hosted us were fantastic. Looked after our every need. Organized some great day trips for us and dinner every day was a new culinary adventure. Great Food Great Wine Great Friends. Thanks you Hotel Torre Fiore. It was a little early to enjoy all of the amenities but they are there! and looked great. Thanks for the memories!!!!!!

A wonderful experience Our stay at Torre Fiore gave us so much more than we ever imagined: the feeling of peace and connectivity with the the land, local history and the people associated with this beautiful complex. I cannot completely express how much the design, location, furnishings, unique historical pieces, all worked together in perfect harmony. Every detail, angle, color, pool, and gardens, all meticulously designed to blend in with the amazing views and create a wonderful sense of balance and proportion. Perhaps this is why every single member of the hotel’s staff always seemed so happy, full of smiles, and always trying to enhance our stay. They were all amazing. The entire experience gave us a new perspective on life: the joy one can only experience when surrounded by such timeless beauty, the serenity it generates, along with sense of genuine commitment both to and from the local community to maintain this harmony, and simultaneously create a timeless family legacy. The smiles on the faces of the ladies in the kitchen when we popped in to thank them for yet another incredible dish was worth more than money could buy and provide a perfect example of these feelings. Highly recommend everything about this Hotel and the many wonderful local places to visit.

Italian family adventure connecting to our roots What an amazing, warm and welcoming staff who treated us so well! The hotel and rooms are beautiful, spacious and well appointed. The grounds and scenery around the hotel was spectacular. We enjoyed the most delicious, ripe local fruits, melons, oranges, strawberries kiwi and more. Especially loved the local onion and raisin calzone for breakfast. Yum! The staff set up tours , tried in every way to help us connect with relatives and made it such a special visit. It is near Pisticci, the beach and Matera. A great location for exploring Basilcota.

The perfect Italian escape Torre Fiore is everything you could want from a boutique, authentic, luxury hotel. The staff are friendly and attentive without being over bearing, the rooms are beautiful with every attention to detail thought of. The food is great and the cocktails are perfectly served. For someone who travels extensively both for pleasure and work this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I can't recommend it enough. It's the perfect place to explore the idyllic coastline and beautiful villages that surround it.

Beautiful and Serene Hotel Leaving our time in the Amalfi Coast heading towards Puglia, we had a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing 3 night stay here with excellent breakfasts and dining. Amazing friendly and attentive staff, spacious comfortable rooms, breathtaking countryside views, stunning pool, fire pit, close by day trips to magical Matera and the Ionian Sea! Would definitely come back! Highly Recommend!!

Truly Amazing Place to Stay! We were two couples staying at Hotel Torre Fiore in Pisticci area of southern Italy. It had been recommended by friends so we were pretty sure of a good time. Frankly, the staff made it truly memorable. So friendly and totally accommodating for the whole week. The hotel is a fantastic boutique of separate apartments that are extremely spacious and well catered professionally. The grounds with an outdoor pool and lots of sun loungers was beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Oh, and the menu of meals were also excellent.

Incredible Stay Everything about Torre Fiore is wonderful. The rooms are spacious, gorgeous and well-appointed with all the amenities one could want. The friendly and helpful staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to ensure the guests are well taken care of. The hotel manager was extremely helpful arranging unique tours and experiences that we would never have had access to on our own. She also arranged a transfer for us from Bari which was very helpful but a car is a must if you want to explore the area. The property is beautiful and the pool area is peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen is amazing and the food is exceptional. The chef (a woman) is creative and innovative but respects the ingredients and the seasonality of the food. Great wine list as well. The breakfast buffet is plentiful with a huge variety of options including local delicacies. They also offer a large variety of in-room spa and fitness options (massage, manicure etc) but we did not use these. We can't recommend Torre Fiore enough. It is the perfect location for individuals, couples, families and groups. The website really does not do this property justice. It is exceptional in every way.

Absolutely wonderful. From the time my wife and I confirmed our reservation, the communication and professionalism by all the staff that we had contact with was awesome, and it only got better once we checked in. The property, the rooms and staff were fantastic. We would defiantly recommend Torre Fiore to anyone.
