Our stay at Torre Fiore Hotel Masseria was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality by Stefania, Jessica, Giovanna, Davide, and the entire team. The level of personalized service was exceptional and made us feel more like guests in a family home than visitors at a hotel.

The property itself is stunning. Set in the beautiful countryside near Pisticci, Torre Fiore combines historic charm with modern comfort. The suites are spacious, elegant, and peaceful, offering the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the region. The shower was absolutely amazing - great water pressure ; )

What truly sets Torre Fiore apart is the staff's knowledge and passion for Basilicata. Before and during our stay, they helped us plan memorable experiences, including visits to Matera, Craco, local wineries, and charming nearby towns. Their recommendations allowed us to discover an authentic side of southern Italy that many travelers never see.

The breakfasts were excellent, featuring fresh local ingredients, and dining at Il Patio was a wonderful introduction to the flavours and traditions of the region. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and showcased the best of local cuisine.

Basilicata may be one of Italy's lesser-known regions, but Torre Fiore is the perfect base from which to explore it. The hotel embodies the authenticity, beauty, and hospitality that make travel so rewarding.

We left with wonderful memories and hope to return one day with our entire family. Thank you to everyone at Torre Fiore for making our stay so special.

What a wonderful 6 night stay at Torre Fiore. The hotel premises are stunning. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is such a bonus and so lovely to relax at at the end or start of our day. The staff was so attentive and ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. The dinners were delicious and the breakfast buffet was always so fresh. Cannot say enough about this hotel. 10 ++++

We had the most perfect two days at Masseria Torre Fiore. Our room was incredibly comfortable and beautifully situated. The pool was peaceful and relaxing with wonderful views over the valley. But the stand out was the kindness and helpfulness of everyone at the Masseria. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel so at home. Do not miss this gem when visiting the area - I can only highly recommend a few nights stay here!

Super experience. We stayed at Torre Fiore for three days with the plan to use the hotel as a base to experience the area. But the place was so lovely that we ended up staying at the hotel for all three days.

An ancient farmhouse in the Basilicata countryside, on the horizon, the sea. Ancient fortified farmhouse perfectly renovated and transformed into a charming hotel between the town of Pisticci and the sea.
The room was the reconstruction of a typical local house with a contemporary twist. The restaurant is of the highest level, but the most surprising thing was the professionalism, kindness, politeness and warmth of the staff, we felt among friends. We will return.

Best Stay Ever Our family of six had an absolutely wonderful stay, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warmth, kindness, and attention to every detail. Everyone was incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable.

We enjoyed several lunches and dinners at the hotel, and every meal was exceptional. The chef was especially thoughtful in accommodating our vegan family member, always happy and even excited to prepare delicious options. That level of care really stood out.

A stunning oasis of beauty and warm hospitality! Staying at the Torre Fiore Hotel Masseria was simply wonderful from the moment we stepped through the gates and were greeted by Stefania, to our farewell hugs with the amazing chef Antonia! The hotel is a restored farm villa and everywhere you look it is beautiful - from the waving palms to the beautiful bird of paradise flowers to the succulents and cacti. The food was amazing - starting with the complimentary breakfast that included the most delicious Ricotta I have ever tasted, along with delicious tarts, croissants, fruits and more (eggs are available à la carte). Lunch was light and delicious, and dinner was always a feast! Not to mention delicious desserts, including the impromptu one made for us after we chatted with Chef Antonia after one meal - fresh locally made ricotta with finely ground espresso and a touch of sugar! The pool is stunning whether you lounge around it, or swim in it and enjoy the infinity edge, with a view of so many bird of paradise flowers and the Lucanian countryside in Basilicata. Our room was large and very comfortable. I loved the ability to open the shades on the door windows to let the sunshine beam through. Wonderfully warmth and hospitality from everyone who works there - wish we were still relaxing there!

A beautiful oasis in Lucania / Basilicata - The room was very nice; we received an upgrade to a junior suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and very clean.
- Breakfast was good, but unfortunately, there was no teapot.
- The food in the restaurant was good, but there was little variation.
- The pool is good for a refreshment, but swimming is not really possible.
- The location is very nice, quiet, with a beautiful view.

You should definitely go to Hotel Torre Fiore! Located off the beaten tourist trail in Basilicata, Hotel Torre Fiore provides a superb experience for those seeking an authentic & genuinely friendly stay. The hotel property is a beautifully restored collection of buildings, with lots of areas for lounging, including a fabulous pool. The restaurant is terrific but if you want to eat elsewhere the staff will provide a list of restaurants. They also gave us great suggestions to visit nearby beaches & other worthwhile attractions. The hotel’s not far from Matera, Craco (a ghost town) & Pisticci. We would love to return & bring family with us - it’s well-suited for family reunions & celebrations. The staff went above & beyond to assist us with all our requests.

Relaxing Charming Hotel stay We loved this stunning hotel. Our room was amazing. It has everything we needed and super clean. As a girl I have to mention the blow dryer because it was small and quiet but it dried my hair in seconds. Loved it.
The hotel feels very cozy. It almost feels like you are visiting with your extended family because of the beautiful grounds and how well the staff treat you. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us in every way possible.
If you appreciate good food, please try to have some meals at the grounds restaurants. You will not regret it.
Would strongly recommend the hotel.

An unforgettable stay – pure Welcoming and warmth! Our stay at Torre Fiore was in one word unforgettable. The charm of the masseria, the beautiful location and the serene Mood are already special, but it is mainly the people who make this stay unique.
The staff was warm, attentive and genuinely involved. They gave great tips for trips in the area, making us discover special places that we would otherwise never have found. The most touching moment was my wife’s birthday – the team surprised her with a delicious cake and sang to her. This personal gesture touched us greatly and made our experience extra special.
Torre Fiore is not only about luxury and comfort, but above all about a feeling of coming home. We are already looking forward to our next time!

The name in itself explains this Masseria, this home away from home in all its understated, unpretentious beauty.

Its character; her character, its quirk; her quirk, its love and her love for this very instagrammable hotel. Its immense, intense, powerful and random views from every angle, the wonderful people (all of you 😍) and the incredibly fresh food at its most natural and elevated form. It's a place to relax, to explore, to sleep, to stay, to leave, to explore, elsewhere. To meet and greet and chat, or not; to watch and listen and enjoy the multicultural, variation of guests around you. To lock yourself away from it all and be with who ever you're with. You can read, play, swim, laugh, cry, eat, drink, walk, jump, dive (didn't dive, pool and view too pretty for me to ruin), the adventure is what you make it.

This wonderful boutique hotel is unique. The rooms are so beautifully designed and decorated - each room or suite more interesting than the last. The food is wonderful - flavourful and plentiful. Management and staff go out of their way to make you feel - and stay - welcome. This is a grand experience in a very interesting part of Italy, as your hosts will be more than happy to take the time to prove to you. No animals are permitted which suited us perfectly. Look at the photos on their site and learn that you will love your stay here. Mariana, your hostess, and her professional and helpful staff, will welcome you as if into a private home. We enjoyed our visit immensely.

Htf is a sort of hidden luxury. We live in our holiday home near by, but we have to visit the hotel every time we come. Mariana, the hotel manager and the daughter of the owner, is the most kind and lovely person. The rooms are designed with high quality furniture and elegancy.
The food is a realy sucsessful mix of traditional ingridents and modern cooking. All the people working at HTF are doing all they can to make the guests feel well.

Great location in a beautiful area! Masseria Torre Fiore is a relaxing resort with good services. We had dinner several times in the restaurant and we enjoy the food and service. We will be back.

The site is only apparently isolated but is very close to the sea and 7 minutes drive to the town of Pisticci.
Is an old typical courtyard full renovated and with a convincing service providing to the guests all comforts.
Food is also precious, few courses to choose but very well done.
For some is a benefit, mobile signal is close to zero and data passes through a weak WiFi signal.
You can book short stay.

We had a magnificent stay at Torre Fiore. First of, Basilicata is a very underestimated and unexplored region, with nice beaches, beautiful landscapes, old villages and towns worth exploring, fantastic food and wine.

Torre Fiore is a delight, especially because of the staff. Run by a dedicated and sweet manager, with a great heart, also for our kids of 4 and 6. Furthermore, the reception and restaurant staff do everything to fulfill your needs. Super nice and warm people. Next, the rooms that we stayed in (we came back during our 3 week trip) are nicely decorated, with airco and quiet.

The restaurant with a terrace towards the beautiful landscape offers local and fresh food, with a menu that changes during your stay. Also, the wines of this region are amazing. We especially liked the rosata (rose) wine.

The swimming pool has a shallow and deeper part and is a very nice refreshment after a day at the beach (just 15 minutes away).

We will come back for sure to this amazing place!

Torre Fiore is a beautiful boutique hotel surrounded by some of the most spectacular landscapes. From the moment we arrived through the magnificent gates, we were treated like royalty. Giovanna, the hotel manager, welcomed us with ideas of what we might like to do during our stay. The rooms are luxuriously comfortable and immaculate, although we hardly spent much time in them, but to sleep. Whether we lazed at the pool or took day trips hiking, zip-lining, viewing museums or discovering the rich history of nearby cities like Craco and Matera, our days were filled with both adventure and relaxation. Giovanna was kind enough to arrange a massage for us as well as a cooking class with Torre Fiore's brilliant chef, Debora. I cannot say enough about chef Debora and the food she creates with the fresh local produce, meats and fish typical of Italy. The menu changed twice during our stay and we were never disappointed. We would definitely go back!
