An unforgettable stay – pure Welcoming and warmth! Our stay at Torre Fiore was in one word unforgettable. The charm of the masseria, the beautiful location and the serene Mood are already special, but it is mainly the people who make this stay unique.
The staff was warm, attentive and genuinely involved. They gave great tips for trips in the area, making us discover special places that we would otherwise never have found. The most touching moment was my wife’s birthday – the team surprised her with a delicious cake and sang to her. This personal gesture touched us greatly and made our experience extra special.
Torre Fiore is not only about luxury and comfort, but above all about a feeling of coming home. We are already looking forward to our next time!

A perfect oasis at the border of Puglia and Basilicata We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Torre Fiore. The rooms were large, comfortable and perfect for our needs; the grounds were beautiful; and the restaurant was perfect, including a delicious breakfast. But most impressive was the kind and attentive treatment by the staff team. We look forward to returning!

Relaxing Charming Hotel stay We loved this stunning hotel. Our room was amazing. It has everything we needed and super clean. As a girl I have to mention the blow dryer because it was small and quiet but it dried my hair in seconds. Loved it.
The hotel feels very cozy. It almost feels like you are visiting with your extended family because of the beautiful grounds and how well the staff treat you. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us in every way possible.
If you appreciate good food, please try to have some meals at the grounds restaurants. You will not regret it.
Would strongly recommend the hotel.

A Wonderful Treat My husband and I stayed for the second time at this unique hotel September 2025 for 6 nights and were not disappointed! This is a high quality boutique hotel that feels so welcoming and comfortable, as if you're staying with family. Every need was met and our expectations were exceeded. From the moment you interact with the staff via email before your stay until you've arrived back home, the kindness and politeness of the staff is something one rarely finds anymore. The high end toilettes are wonderful too! I would go back again in a heartbeat!

A place of the heart Our stay, unfortunately short, was very pleasant: the farm is beautiful, the atmosphere is absolutely relaxing, the food great but what most impressed us was the warm and impeccable Welcoming, the spontaneous kindness of all the staff: we felt at home! Summer vacation with the Family My parents were born in this Region and when I go visit family this is the only hotel in the entire Region that I would stay at, the location - perfect, the overall feel of the place - perfect, the staff and service - perfect, the food for breakfast, lunch and dinner by their team there - perfect, this place is just amazing and so comfortable, great scenic views, quiet, peaceful and relaxing by the pool, it is its own oasis in Basilicata.

A wonderful place with wonderful staff Fantastic and stunning environment with wonderful staff and lovely food. We loved everything about this place. Great as a couple and for the kids. Jessica was great and helpful upon our arrival for a very last min booking. Stephania was very helpful in helping us get to certain places, giving us car park locations and booking sun beds and providing recommendations. Gabrielle was extremely thoughtful on many occasions. He even spotted my family and eye leaving our room while it was raining and he ran out with umbrellas to give to us within seconds! Marco at the restaurant and pool was happy to spend some time answering many of our questions about Italy (and football for me 🙂 ). The bar man with moustache was always helpful (sorry I don’t know the name). The breakfast lady etc. the director herself Giovanna made an effort with the kids when she would walk by them. Honestly, a lovely place. Would highly recommend.

Paradise in Southern Italy My wife and I enjoyed 4 beautiful days at Torre Fiore and are so glad we did. We often travel to the basilicata area to visit with family so are very familiar with the surrounding area and Torre Fiore delivers a truly authentic experience for those wanting the best of the region. Everything from the unique little artifacts found in the rooms to the wonderful smells and taste of the region are second to none.
Yes the place is relaxing and beautiful (pool, restaurant, the rooms .) but it is the hospitality from the entire staff that won us over. Truly a wonderful and unique place to stay - we can’t wait to go back.

So sad to leave... My husband and I spent 10 glorious days at Torre Fiore, this June. We flew BA to Brindisi and stopped both ways in Taranto (great seafood and an amazing archeological museum).

We travel with a wheelchair and were put up in a beautifully designed accessible suite in the courtyard that surrounds the main building – the torre - of the hotel.

We fully intended to spend much more time exploring the local towns and going to the beach, but this hotel is so relaxing and the staff are so kind and hospitable, and we were so tired of hectic London life, that we spent most of our time just relaxing around the pool and swimming. It is extremely hot in Basilicata in June, but luckily the hotel grounds has lots of delightful shady spots. We basically adopted a southern Italian lifestyle; sleeping in the afternoon, eating late (nothing really opens til 8pm so beware ), and spending hours watching the drgonflies and swallows skimming the pool.

The staff are so kind and the hotel restaurant is fabulous. It sources most of its ingredients locally and the waiting staff are super-knowlegable about regional specialities and especially it's (excellent) wine. It is 'poor' food, made by people who have historically made the best of what they can etract from the dramatic landscape, and this very much suited our taste.

On the few occasions we could be bothered to venture out we went to Matera (not to be missed by very touristy; try to go early), Pisticci (wonderful local town 5 mins away with Bar Pisticci perfect for aperitivi) and, for us the surprise, Bernalda, a pretty local town on the way to the coast with two amazing restaurants, without pretension and full of Italian families.

I especially appreciated the fact that, since I am slow in the morning, the hotel staff bought me breakfast to our suite with charminng care and gentility.

All the staff and the owner were there making our welcome and stay seem effortless. When it was time to leave we were really sad and can't wait to go back.

Torre Fiore Masseria a wonderful oasis Torre Fiore Masseria is a wonderful oasis in southern Italy.
The rooms are simply fantastic and the bed was extremely comfortable.
We loved the swimmingpool, the restaurant and most of all the people.
Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming.

The perfect place to relax and explore the region! We have stayed at Hotel Torre Fiore about 12 or 13 times since it first opened and in all that time it never fails to meet our expectations. Staff are always so very polite and helpful and have always had that "can do" attitude and this year was no exception. I can thoroughly recommend Torre Fiore Hotel.
A few general bits about the area: You have to have a car in this area. Restaurants are scarce enough and all involve driving so eating in the hotel is the norm. This may be one aspect of the hotel that could be improved, breakfast is limited but the food is good and the restaurant whilst inn itself is lovely, the menu this year was a bit limited especially if you are staying for a number of nights and it whilst I cant complain about anything specific I didn't think is was a good as other years but don't be put off by that.

Wonderful small hotel A beautiful small hotel. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite with a big living area. Huge beds, walk in showers, lovely and cool. There is a small pool and views of the countryside. The food was excellent - local specialities and always a special - plus god value for the quality. Staff very friendly and helpful. Not too far from Matera which is special - and the local towns are lovely too.

The best place to stay in Apulia What an amazing place to stay. The property is beautiful, the staff were incredibly helpful and the service was amazing The restaurant was delicious and we had the chance to do a really fun pasta class with the owner and chef.

A beauty in Basilicata Torre Fiore is simply the perfect setting for a beautiful and relaxing visit to Basilicata. Giovanna, Jessica, and the entire staff are so kind and attentive to every detail. Dinners were delicious. Highly recommended.

Very spacious room with bathtub in the room and bathroom with huge "shower corner".
Small pool, but fortunately guests were few.
Much attention to the customer, but the scrambled eggs not included in the breakfast and the water in the bar fridge for a fee, seemed excessive.

Amazing stay at beautiful Torre Fiore We had a wonderful stay! Giovanna and staff were all so lovely, accommodating and helpful. It was early in the season but they suggested plenty to do in the area! The tour of Craco was amazing and so interesting. The design was incredible and we felt right at home. An oasis of paradise in which to be spoiled Every little detail is cared for and thought out with love. A place to feel good. Kindness availability and sympathy from all the staff: welcome, cleanliness, kitchen. Since the property was not very busy being at the beginning of the season, we were offered a free upgrade. I had not been very well and they did everything for my well-being by preparing herbal teas and asking if I needed anything in particular. We will definitely be back with our guys!

The name in itself explains this Masseria, this home away from home in all its understated, unpretentious beauty.

Its character; her character, its quirk; her quirk, its love and her love for this very instagrammable hotel. Its immense, intense, powerful and random views from every angle, the wonderful people (all of you 😍) and the incredibly fresh food at its most natural and elevated form. It's a place to relax, to explore, to sleep, to stay, to leave, to explore, elsewhere. To meet and greet and chat, or not; to watch and listen and enjoy the multicultural, variation of guests around you. To lock yourself away from it all and be with who ever you're with. You can read, play, swim, laugh, cry, eat, drink, walk, jump, dive (didn't dive, pool and view too pretty for me to ruin), the adventure is what you make it.

Sooo that's my light hearted review. Go there, enjoy it how you wish and leave your mark here however big or small 🤩

This wonderful boutique hotel is unique. The rooms are so beautifully designed and decorated - each room or suite more interesting than the last. The food is wonderful - flavourful and plentiful. Management and staff go out of their way to make you feel - and stay - welcome. This is a grand experience in a very interesting part of Italy, as your hosts will be more than happy to take the time to prove to you. No animals are permitted which suited us perfectly. Look at the photos on their site and learn that you will love your stay here. Mariana, your hostess, and her professional and helpful staff, will welcome you as if into a private home. We enjoyed our visit immensely.

Htf is a sort of hidden luxury. We live in our holiday home near by, but we have to visit the hotel every time we come. Mariana, the hotel manager and the daughter of the owner, is the most kind and lovely person. The rooms are designed with high quality furniture and elegancy.
The food is a realy sucsessful mix of traditional ingridents and modern cooking. All the people working at HTF are doing all they can to make the guests feel well.

The site is only apparently isolated but is very close to the sea and 7 minutes drive to the town of Pisticci.
Is an old typical courtyard full renovated and with a convincing service providing to the guests all comforts.
Food is also precious, few courses to choose but very well done.
For some is a benefit, mobile signal is close to zero and data passes through a weak WiFi signal.
You can book short stay.

We had a magnificent stay at Torre Fiore. First of, Basilicata is a very underestimated and unexplored region, with nice beaches, beautiful landscapes, old villages and towns worth exploring, fantastic food and wine.

Torre Fiore is a delight, especially because of the staff. Run by a dedicated and sweet manager, with a great heart, also for our kids of 4 and 6. Furthermore, the reception and restaurant staff do everything to fulfill your needs. Super nice and warm people. Next, the rooms that we stayed in (we came back during our 3 week trip) are nicely decorated, with airco and quiet.

The restaurant with a terrace towards the beautiful landscape offers local and fresh food, with a menu that changes during your stay. Also, the wines of this region are amazing. We especially liked the rosata (rose) wine.

The swimming pool has a shallow and deeper part and is a very nice refreshment after a day at the beach (just 15 minutes away).

We will come back for sure to this amazing place!

Torre Fiore is a beautiful boutique hotel surrounded by some of the most spectacular landscapes. From the moment we arrived through the magnificent gates, we were treated like royalty. Giovanna, the hotel manager, welcomed us with ideas of what we might like to do during our stay. The rooms are luxuriously comfortable and immaculate, although we hardly spent much time in them, but to sleep. Whether we lazed at the pool or took day trips hiking, zip-lining, viewing museums or discovering the rich history of nearby cities like Craco and Matera, our days were filled with both adventure and relaxation. Giovanna was kind enough to arrange a massage for us as well as a cooking class with Torre Fiore's brilliant chef, Debora. I cannot say enough about chef Debora and the food she creates with the fresh local produce, meats and fish typical of Italy. The menu changed twice during our stay and we were never disappointed. We would definitely go back!
